Long, Strange Journey...

Wow, hey there, it's been awhile. It seems I stepped away from my computer
for only a few moments, Ran away with the Doctor, fell directly down the rabbit
hole only to become the queen of Narnia whilst fighting to defend Azeroth from
the Wicked Witch's army of Flying Monkeys. Fear Not! Not all who wander (ahem)
are lost. At least for the most part, anyway.

Now that the dust has settled, and all is well in the kingdom of Asgard, I have
returned to dazzle you with my jazz hands and amaze you with scrumptious artwork. It's your
lucky day! ;)

Seriously though, these last few years (You know, silly Wibbly-Wobbly,Timey-Wimey... Stuff) I have
been exploring and developing my talents further. I'm excited to announce an upcoming
show in which I've been invited to display a large collection of my best work,
along side some of the most talented artists I've had the pleasure to paint with. I
will have 15 pieces, along with some sketches and studies, available for purchase at the
first annual "Chasing Light" art show and sale, located at The Carnegie Building
200 Mathews St, in Old Town Fort Collins. The show opens December 4th and runs
through the 7th. I invite any and all to attend. This is a show not to be
missed!! **insert Jazz Hands here**

Come see me at the show!!!

Also, Heres a look at some fun collaboration projects that I've been working on with the sensational photographer Jeremy Hochhalter (Absinthephotography.com) have turned out quite well, I'm excited to announce!

These two pieces are the first in the "Windows to the Soul" project. Jeremy finds unique eyes (which everyone seems to have) and shoots high resolution photos of them. Then he prints the photo onto blank canvas, we stretch it accordingly to the layout we want, then I go to town with the oils.
